Ekobot AB (Publ) announces today that it has signed a contract with a new Swedish customer. The agreement concerns delivery of Ekobot’s robotic system WEAI – autonomous weeder. According to the agreement, the delivery must take place during the 2023 growing season and has an order value of SEK 900,000.
Ekobot has today signed an agreement with a Swedish customer. The customer is one of Sweden’s largest growers specializing in the outdoor cultivation of vegetables. The agreement concerns a delivery of the WEAI robot system. It is the company’s first full-scale contract, which means that the WEAI robot system must operate on the basis of fully commercial terms.
Ekobot’s sales and marketing manager Thomas Frisk comments on the agreement:
– We are really looking forward to delivering our robot system to this customer. The customer is one of Sweden’s leading growers in the vegetable growing segment and our robotic system will be used in both conventional and organic cultivation during the 2023 season.
